Photography

Photography is a perennial favourite and always draw a wide variety of exhibts.

This year sees the introduction of a new photography challenge class to show case the best large format exhibits.

The photography classes are organised by Mrs Creina Stanton

The classes for 2008 are as follows:

  • 701 "The magic of light"
  • 702 "Legs"
  • 703 "The River Tone"
  • 704 "Seen from above"
  • 705 "Rust"
  • 706 "Feathered friends"
  • 707 "Bubbles"
  • 708 "Shadows" - a black and white photograph
  • 709 “Close-up". CHALLENGE CLASS The photograph to be displayed within a mount and backed with card. External dimensions of the mount must be 40cm x 50 cm. Internal dimensions should suit the photograph which can be of any size within the mount. This class is limited to 18 entries ONLY. Please make sure your entry forms are in early
  • Presentation is a key part of the photography competition and you should make sure your pictures are neatly mounted as per the instructions in the schedule.

    Please note that exhibits in class 709 Challenge class will be limited to a maximum of 18 in the order in which they are received.
