Events and attractions

Taunton Flower Show is more than a flower show. We have a wide range of exciting attractions in our main arena and around the showground that will appeal to families of all ages.

The following are currently booked to appear at the 2012 show. This may change and the acts may be different, so please check back again

• Incredible Arena Horseback Stunts - The Stampede Stunt Company will thrill you with its stunning, action-packed medieval jousting show. The Tournament of Champions!
• Yorkshire Volunteers Band is a traditional marching band with a long tradition of pomp and circumstance.
• The Sheep Show and Dog and Duck display are fun and educational shows. The sheep show is a bit like a Miss World for sheep which is highly entertaining and not to be missed.
• Bowlore - Robin Hood Adventures will be reconstructing brave medieval outlaw archers and will be giving longbow, crossbow, sword and quarterstaff combat demonstrations, sword training classes, educational talks and workshops
• Heavens Gate Dog Team will show off the agility and the exciting skills of their rescue dogs.
• Dr Turbevilles Morris Men will be performing cotswold and border morris.
• The Rural Skills area will host a range of local people demonstrating unique rural skills such as chair making, pottery and stone carving.
